Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the original microphone, Telefunken USA is proud to announce the availability of a historic replica of the C12, the Telefunken Ela M 12 tube condenser microphone.

Built entirely by hand in Connecticut (USA), the Ela M 12 microphone comes complete with a New Old Stock GE JAN 6072a tube, a custom-built Haufe transformer, and a new CK12 dual-membrane capsule. The mic system also includes a wooden microphone box, custom Gotham Audio mic cable, owners manual, and warranty.

Recreating the original C12 in every mechanical detail and with every sonic nuance, the Ela M 12 microphone system is now available two versions: the historically correct Platinum Level Ela M 12 featuring the vintage style power supply, external pattern selector and 5-year warranty; or the Professional Level Ela M 12F featuring the modern style remote power supply with pattern selector and 1-year warranty.
